Triggers Hypertension, Lacking of Mineral

Hypertension
Hypertension
High blood pressure or hypertension is often called the Silent killer because its presence is often without symptoms, but at the same time increases the risk of heart disease, stroke, kidney disorder, and many more.

Most people with hypertension get medicines prescribed to lower blood pressure. Some types of hypertension  medicines  are quite effective, but have side effects such as impotence, fatigue, leg cramp, insomnia, headache, until stomach disorder.

Actually there are natural ways to lower blood pressure, such as maintaining a healthy diet, regular exercise, and meeting the need of certain minerals such as magnesium.

Magnesium is often not recognized for its benefits for heart health and lowering hypertension. In a study of meta-analysis of 23 studies involving 1173 patients on the benefits of magnesium, it was known that those who took magnesium supplements had decreased systolic pressure approximately 3-4 mmHg and diastolic 2-3 mmHg.

Although the decline was not large but the decline was significant enough to reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke.

Unhealthy lifestyle, stress, lack of nutritious diet, and consumption of too much calcium can cause body's magnesium deficiency.

Actually we can meet the needs of the body's magnesium through foods that are nutritious, such as green vegetable, seafood, tofu, brown rice, beans, bananas, and many more.
